This year's summer reading theme is Plant A Seed, Read! We've got challenges, prizes and events for all ages so stop by the Library and join us for a summer full of activities and programs. Check out our calendar to see what we have planned!
All people who register can visit the library to receive a packet that will include a calendar of events, bingo sheets, and reading/activity trackers. Completing these sheets and attending library programs will help you earn raffle tickets to be entered for various prizes.
The deadline for turning in your summer reading sheets is 8/8, and prizes will be drawn shortly after!
Additionally, stop by the library throughout the summer for a variety of fun events! Some event highlights include:
- Summer Reading Kickoff - Saturday, June 27th
- Gardening with Green City Growers - Thursdays @ 1pm
- Storytime at Sumner Field - Fridays @ 10:30
- Summer Tween Art Club
- Bring Your Own Book Club - First Meeting: June 30th @ 3:30pm
