Holbrook Public Library is an official member of Communities Responding to Extreme Weather (CREW). We are committed to serve as a hub for climate resilience for our community by providing free education and information on climate change and local weather emergency preparedness. We strive to create conversations about extreme weather and climate issues, examine how our community can prepare, and plan what steps our community can take. As a member of CREW, we will be:

  • Permanently hosting multilingual educational resources about climate preparedness
  • Hosting at least one program per year about climate preparedness and community resilience

We will be periodically updating this page with resources pertaining to the relevant season, and the challenges that climate change can bring to it. We will also reference what and when our upcoming program as required by CREW is.
