We now offer delivery of library materials for home-bound patrons who are temporarily or permanently unable to come in to the library. If you wish to sign up for this service, please fill out an application form and patron profile. If you would like a paper form you can visit the circulation desk to pick one up in person, or use the forms attached below. Return your forms by mail, email or in person and we'll reach out to set up your delivery!
