The Holbrook Public Library is looking for a new Assistant Director/Technology Librarian!
Who are we?

What we need from you:
- The desire to make a difference and be part of something special. The library is undergoing a transformation! What can you contribute?
- Organization and administrative skills. As our Assistant Library Director, you will be in charge of the day to day operations of the library. This includes purchasing, payroll and scheduling.
- Curiosity about technology and new initiatives. Can you work with our IT team to ensure our patrons have access to the best tech we can offer? Do you have the ability to share your knowledge and skills with our patrons and employees?
- Experience and education. This position requires a Masters of Library Science from an ALA accredited school. An in-progress MLS is acceptable! Prior experience in working in public libraries is preferred.
- Supervisory and management skills. You will be overseeing a Union staff of ten employees.
What we can offer:
- A flexible schedule! Mondays are work from home. Thursday nights are a must. Other than that, we can work together to find a schedule that accommodates your needs and the library’s.

- A starting salary of $68,000 to $72,000 and benefits! As a full time employee working 40 hours a week, you will be entitled to all the benefits offered by the Town of Holbrook.
