The Reference Department of the Holbrook Public Library provides patrons access to a wide variety of materials and services to help satisfy any information or library-related needs. The print collection consists of dictionaries, general and specialized encyclopedias, and other print materials which cover a wide range of subjects.

Utilizing our subscriptions, you have access to magazine and newspaper articles, ebooks, music, and other general reference sources. All you need is your library card; your library barcode is your patron ID number. If you have not changed your PIN, it is “ocln.”

Copying & Computer Services

Computer and copying resources are available in the library, including 12 computers with Internet access, a printer, a copier with scanning capabilities, free wi-fi, and built-in outlets for charging your electronic devices for your convenience. There is a charge of 15 cents/per page to print or make photocopies.

Our Reference team can help you navigate our digital resources, provide general guidance, and give citation advice for research projects.

Do you need help with research, technology, or using a library database or program? Our staff may be able to help.
