PRINTING AND SCANNING AT THE LIBRARY
Printing, copying, and scanning services are available at the Holbrook Public Library. Prints and copies are available in both color or black & white for $0.15 per page. You are able to scan an unlimited number of documents to your email at no charge. Scanning to USB is not currently available. The library does not offer Fax services. PRINTING AND SCANNING REMOTELY OR FROM A LAPTOP/MOBILE DEVICE
You can now send print jobs to the library from any device, anywhere, and at any time. Use the links below to submit print jobs from your laptop, mobile device, or from your home computer. After you submit your print job, visit the library and let staff know that you're looking to pick up a wireless print job. Staff will release your print job when you arrive.

When you submit your print job, you will be asked to provide your library card number or name. To retrieve your print, please use the same library card or name that you used to submit your print job.
You may also email the documents to us. If emailing documents, please let the staff know if you would like to print just the email, just the attachment, or both. This option is only recommended if the documents you are trying to print are already in your email.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: After I submit a print job, how long do I have to pick it up?
A: Your print job will remain in our system for 24 hours. After 24 hours, it is deleted automatically.
Q: I need to print private information. Will my print jobs be left out in public until I can retrieve them?
A: No. Your documents are not printed until you arrive at the library and check in with staff.
Q: Does the library retain any of the information I submit for mobile printing?
A: Your print jobs will remain in our system for 24 hours after they are submitted. Once 24 hours passes, the documents are automatically deleted and the data is not retained.
Q: Can I pay using a credit card, check, or can my OCLN account be billed for printing?
A: We only accept cash payment for printing, and we are not able to bill your OCLN account. Please bring cash with you.
