We have 19 libraries competing in Minute Madness this year! With that in mind, here is our schedule:
Round 1: (March 1- March 12) This longer round is a “Free For All” – all libraries will compete for a place on the bracket. The 16 libraries with the most minutes read (weighed by the number of cardholders) will advance to the next round.
Round 2: (March 12 - March 19) Our bracket-style tournament begins. (For the less sporty amongst us - this means your library will be playing head-to-head against one other library. The winner moves forward to the next round).
Round 3: (March 19- 26) 8 libraries will compete in a bracket-style tournament. 4 libraries will proceed to the “Fierce Four”
Fierce Four: (March 26 - April 2) 4 libraries compete in a bracket-style tournament for the chance to compete in the Championship round.
Championship: ( April 2- April 9) the top two libraries compete for victory!
Last year, Holbrook came in 2nd place. Let's take home the win this year!
