Please join us for a new Self-Care Series for our Teen patrons. Between the stresses of school, navigating friendships and family ties, and just being a teenager in this day and age, developing strong and healthy self-care habits is a vital skill to have.
We’ll learn about Mental Wellness, ways to reduce stress, and resources for more help. We'll also be making Gratitude Jars.
Registered participants will receive self-care kits so we encourage registration but it’s not required!
Grades 6-12.
